Crescent Valley High Team 955: Mentoring Process

Purpose

This is an attempt to describe the mentoring roll. More specifically it is the process I have tried to follow in the past. In practice this has been of limited usefulness because some of the students ignored mentor input.

Please notice that this process is designed to rarely require the mentor to take control and "Command the Required acton". Instead the focus is on getting the student to see how to make his ideas work.
