We arrived a couple of hours before the parade started, and took the opportunity to give rides to anyone in the area.

The weather varied dramatically that day. One moment we were removing our jackets because the sun was so warm. Other moments were were hit by snow, slush, or hail. |

This tyke was the cowardly lion, although I don't know if he knew that. |

Fortunately during the parade itself the weather was perfect.
