Platypus Rex did very well in Port Townsend.

• Master - for completing the course without assistance.

  Medalions for each for the two pilots.

• Breast of Show - for best front end.

  Large trophy with Mercedes grille. A $25 gift certificate for lunch. Since we were leaving early, I gave this to Monkey.

• Medeocrity - for coming in with the middle time.

  Clock-banjo trophy. $100. This is Port Townsend's most desirable prize.

• Special Founder Award from Hobart Brown

  Free entry into 1997 Arcata race.
