Its a good thing we did this parade. The neck broke. This wasn't a serious place to loose the neck. Having it break during the race the next weekend would have been disruptive.
The broken neck was still interesting for the crowd.

Because it is only a week before daVinci Days, we had most of the Rex Files decorations ready by the time of the Philomath Frolic. Its a good thing we did this parade. The neck broke.
